For those of you who don't know Laguna is where it started. Because that's where MTV producers found Lauren Conrad. The girl that we all grew to love. Laguna covered Lauren, Kristin and Stephen's love triangle and all the hip behind it. But what most people don't know is that show was to air Beverly Hill High students, but they turned it down. So the producers went south to Laguna. Neither Lauren, Kristen or Stephen audition for the show initially. It's was the gossip around school about their love triangle the had the producers trying to track them down.First the cough up with Stephen after interviewing him they knew they had a story., and were faced with the challenge of finding Lauren and getting Kristin on board. When producers meet up with Lauren Her and Lo were skipping class and had just set off a car alarm. When they got Lauren to interview she just confirm their initially reactions that this was a hit story. Now the last thing to do was to get Kristin because without her there was no show. And as we know now Kristin got on board and the show was a hit. i think that the show was such a hit because we got to see the lives of teenagers outside of school; which almost didn't happen. but lucky because Janet Jackson pop a boob out at a half time show the school went berserk and would not let MTV shoot inside their school. They did not want to show their students partying and hooking up.So thanks Janet because of you the show was what it was. The outside of school setting is what topped the show.
Season 1 Premiered: September 28, 2004
It opened up with L.C. narrating and Stephen and Kristin dating. so Lauren did not like him. It's seems as though Stephen was a player because when him and Kristin would have their problem he would go running to Lauren. Who was will to ab lodge him. But it seems like it didn't phase Kristin was hooking up with other guys.
Season 2 Premiered: July 25, 2005
Season 2 introduced a future love interested for L.C. little did she know.Stephen comes back and gets back with Kristin and remained friends with Lauren. The season ends with the gang graduating and leaving for college.
Season 3 Premiere: August 16, 2006
rating fell during season 3 we all missing L.c., and that's all i have to say about that.
But i guess MTV producer were not done with our L.C. yet because she sign on for them to tape her first steps into her adult life
